Shipping Information

• All orders are shipped from South Korea and are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order has been placed.
  
• Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
  
• The estimated delivery time does not include order processing time and may be extended during sale periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays.
  
• For international standard shipping, tracking information will be updated once your parcel has been handed over to your local postal service. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our Customer Care team
  

Pre-Orders

• If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
  
• If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.
  
• The dispatch dates listed for pre-order items are estimates only and may be subject to change.
  

Duties & Taxes

• Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes payable upon delivery. Please refer to the table above to check whether duties and taxes are included for your destination.
  
• If a parcel is subject to customs duties or additional charges and the recipient refuses to pay them, the parcel may be discarded or returned to the sender. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
  
• If a parcel is returned because it was not accepted or received by the recipient, the original shipping fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and any applicable customs duties or taxes. The final amount will be confirmed once the undelivered parcel has been returned to us.

Delivery Information

• We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses, as most shipments require a signature upon delivery.
  
• To prevent a parcel from being returned due to circumstances attributable to the recipient, please check all delivery-attempt notifications and track your parcel using the link in your order confirmation email.
  
• Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, EVOKY is not responsible for issues arising during delivery, including delays, address-related issues, or parcels that are missing, lost, or stolen. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact your local carrier directly.
  

Rental Companies & Resale

• EVOKY products are sold exclusively through our official website. We are not affiliated with any clothing rental service or third-party resale platform.
  
• The commercial resale or rental of EVOKY products constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions. Orders placed by rental businesses will be cancelled, and EVOKY reserves the right to take legal action where appropriate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for your preferred item or size.
• Swimwear bottoms and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@evoky.co.kr.
• Items must be returned with all tags attached, along with the dust bag and original inner packaging.
• Items showing signs of wear, marks, stains, makeup residue, or odors are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns will be processed within 5–7 business days of arrival at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account or on your card statement.

2. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

• If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please keep it unworn and contact us at hello@evoky.co.kr within 14 days of receipt. Include your order number and photos or a video clearly showing the issue.
• Stray threads, chalk marks, and similar traces of the production process are not considered defects.
• If a manufacturing defect or fault is confirmed, we will provide a replacement, a refund, or store credit at no additional cost.

3. TERMS & CONDITIONS

• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the requirements of this policy. In such cases, items may be sent back to you at your expense.
• Please send your return via registered mail or another tracked shipping service. We cannot compensate for lost returns that do not reach us.
• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and determine refund eligibility and the final shipping charges. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
